When sadness overtakes you, and the hearts important to you are not listening, seems you have become the listener. Just be sure you know that is what you are supposed to do. Thus the thought processes continue, and the anger from having no one listening to you will become attention. And the heart that feels restless and unimportant, has work to do, if you accept it. Then be still. Listen for the still small voice. You have God's ear. Be still and know, all is already provided, all is already in order.
Be calm, serene.
